Pretty sure this is a lil indian frame, Did lil indian ever you these forks? They look like ruttman forks. both brands used these mags. This was todays Craigslist find!!

Those had a two piece frame but the name eludes me just now, the fork neck is split and the axle tabs are the other fastener point. Neat bikes.:thumbsup:
