My 6.5 briggs is having issuse and need some advice.

I've done some work to my 6.5 briggs intek, and now its acting up. can anyone give some advice? I milled and ported the head, upgraded the springs, advanced the timing, and threw a 22mm mikuni on it. But boggs out in high rpm. Am I missing something?

other than a job and $$$$....... probably a cam, not a plastic one. and various size jets. would help. but you probably knew that. maybe coil ?
