Need advice on HF 6.5

I am putting together the first minibike i've done in a million years. Sure could use help on how to set up a HF (Harbor Junk) 6.5, or if i even should buy one??
Plus a few more general questions!

All the information is here, just try a search for what your looking for. For the most part the HF engines are bullet proof. Keep an eye out and you can get them for $100

Harbor Junk is a joke name. 20 years ago they were selling some really marginal stuff. Even today you need to be pretty selective, or only need something for 1 use.

I have been thru the web site here and find bits and pieces about removing the governor, but not the whole thing. Ditto valve springs etc. I would like to get on the telephone with someone and get up to speed!!

if you remove the governor it's a good idea to get an ARC billet rod as well.
