Need Help Arco bushwhacker build tire size

My new tires just came today and to my disappointment once on the rim and on the frame the tires are to big does anyone know the correct tire size for an arco bushwacker? I bought 3.50 x10

My Bushwacker has the Original Carlisle’s on Wire wheels and they are 3.50-10. It’s equipped with drum brakes front and back . No scrub brake

Do you know if the 3.50 is how tall the side wall is or is it how wide the tire is?

3.50 should be the width and the height when it's only listed as 3.50x10. If it were 3.50/3.00/10 then it would width, height and wheel diameter. Manufacturing tolerances aren't very consistent these days. I believe Carlisle still provides circumference specs of their tires or at least they did when I was at OldMiniBikes.

Try letting a little air out. It might help. Check the tube also. If the tube is fat it will push the tire out more.
