Need help with selecting tire/wheel size.

So I picked up this small custom trike. The rear currently has 13x6.5-6 tires on it, I'm looking for something a little wider and maybe taller but nothing crazy. What would be something slightly bigger and wider?
I would buy wheels and tires already mounted as the wheels I have seem to have been welded on the inside to avoid buying a custom size live axle.

Also to give it an even stance, what size from wheel/tire would I need? It currently has a 145/70-6 which looks like a motovox wheel maybe? The wheel is not a center offset wheel so it has different size spacers on each side of the wheel in order to center it.

I didn't take any pics before tearing it down. It has the tires I listed about. I'm thinking about a 7" rim since I can get a 16x8-7 tire on there.
I like the look of it size wise, just wide enough with extra ground clearance over the 13x6.5-6. I found some knobby I was thinking to run front and rear. What do you think of that up front?

The only 7" rim I found so far new was 7"x 5.75 wide.

The rear wheels had a locking collar welded to each one. I decided to go with a 7" rim with a 16x8-7 tire. Ordered new wheels from BMI
