Needed DB30 6.5HP Clutch Cover

Anyone know where I can get a clutch cover for my DB30 6.5hp conversion? The comet clutch has the sprocket on the inside toward engine, so I do not think a stock cover would fit, but do not have one to try? Any ideas let me know

i doubt the stock one will work. it won't fit with the Cheetah clutch on mine.

I can hook you up with a aluminum and stainless steel clutch guard. It will look like the guard in the photo

If you have a Tractor Supply store in the area you can always pick up one of the Baja Heat clutch guards.

Not nearly as nice as the one's Chris supplies with his conversion kit but does cover the larger clutch. With some angle brackets out of 1/2" wide aluminum flat bar to secure it to the engine and a little trimming to clear the tensioner bracket, it'll work. I've got some photos in the member's section with one for reference.

Well I managed to cobble my old cover on with a couple of angle-pieces, one folded onto itself to bring the cover up and out a bit.
The second to prevent it from slipping down if the bolt turns.

So far, so good...
