Hello everyone. Found this neat website while searching for info on a minibike frame. The pics of old minibikes remind me of my brothers and i riding through the neighborhood back in the 70's. My project will be restoring the frame, and possibly mating the 5HP Briggs currently mounted on the old Lawn King tiller. The good running ($50) tiller is too nice to tear apart...but i use it only once a year...decisions, decisions.

Requesting the following info....
Frame maker, approx. age, and parts source.
Approx. age of Briggs & Stratton....which might be a dual shaft, i will have to verify.

You have a Bird mini bike , commonly sold by Penny's and Sears , looks to be a Falcon or Sprite , early to mid 70's , The wheels do not appear original but it looks to be a nice little frame , welcome and good luck !
