New to minibikes- need help

Hi, I'm new to mini bikes, I have a completely stock doodlebug. Bottom line is I want to go faster, I want to put a new engine in it, I am wondering what engine I should get (I want it to go at least 40mph with a 180lb rider). If anybody could link me to what engine to get and what ever other parts would be required/recommended to be compatible with said engine. Also I am on a budget, so whatever is a good price with good performance is best, thanks!

You can go over them and get tons of ideas. From Briggs to Clones.

Neek go to general minibike section and there is a sub forum for doodle bug minibike you can look ask ask ??? there and get plenty of help .
