noob question on sears roper

ok so i am working on this sears roper i picked up, and i started looking the rear shocks, and my question is this.. how are these shocks supposed to work ?? if you look at them, there is no where for them to move ? :shrug:

The engine plate is part of the rear swing arm and pivots in the middle of the frame. Unless someone welded it to the rest of the frame. :shrug:

^^^^He is right .. right down under your recoil below the frame is where it pivots. You can see the bolt in your pic..:thumbsup:
I kinda like those wheels on there. Are those honda wheels?:scooter:

im going to get back to work on it tomorrow and look at what your all talking about , im sure tom is correct as i yet to see him wrong :thumbsup: , this is exactly how i got the bike, and i do believe those are z50 honda wheels yes
