Northern Tool Throttle

#1
The throttle assembly from northern tool relies on the top of cable to hit the casing so it does not retur too far and disconnect inside.
I took back one throttle because the top of the cable end would not hit the casing. Now it's doing the same thing with the new throttle.
I'm wondering if the cable wire end(itself) is not tall enough to hit the casing.
I have the same throttle on another bike with no issues.
I used the same northern tool throttle cable and wire on both bikes.

When the cable goes too far and slips out it ruins the handle part that houses the cable.

Anyone worked with this issue?
Do you understand what I'm talking about?

does northern sell a cable that suposidly works with that handle? Its always best to buy a throttle with a cable and same with brake handle/cable from the same place. that always works out best because theres so many different size ends and housings and adjusters
