your state doesnt require a registration? I know deleware doesnt. thats wikid cool. I doubt youd get hastled at all if thats the case. If you get snagged plead stupid and walk it home :shrug:
It's the same here in Virginia. However, I know I've seen "mopeds" as the state calls them with no plates, that I'm certain are more than 49ccs. One guy on one with no plate kept up with me on the road above 45mph.
