Well ,I just lost a flea bay auction for a TAV2,by £1!! So there goes another plan I had for a bike ! Think I'll have to go for a complete moped type engine . TAV's are hard to get for cheap over here,but I can get a whole 50cc engine with brake/drive wheel etc for about £50!

The American Dollar is so weak right now, you could probably get a good deal on overseas shipping for a used TAV on ebay America...

I shipped an engine/torque converter to Canada for less than the cost to ship the same combo to California...

Have contacted a couple of suppliers in U.S. but I dont expect they'll reply ,as Ive had the same probs with car stuff Ive reqd from U.S. in the past .....they prob have enuf business locally ,and cant be bothered with sorting out shipping to UK . To be honest I dont really blame them . Hey Ho!
