Powell shifter spring

Hello All,
I have a Powell with the shifter that rocks the engine cradle forth and back. I have the version that has a coil spring to index the shifter handle. If someone can part with one of those springs, I would be grateful...and I will pay for it!

It might not be that hard to find if you can get a Powell owner to measure it for you. :shrug:

I have a Bonanza fork/shock spring on it now, which is real close. I think it just needs to be a thicker wire diameter. I searched for springs via Google for days and found nothing. I do not care if it is original as it will be chromed anyways.

With your talents, you could probably make me one!:laugh:

I'm sure there is something close enough out there. I've even bought springs from amazon believe it or not.:thumbsup:
