Looks like a naked pit bike. Are those 12" wheels, seen them on eBay I like them. I was looking for a rotor that has a 2 7/8" bolt circle.... They don't exist

I have a Lil Indian Sabre frame and swing arm that would be a candidate for your dream! The frame has a couple rewelds but is solid. The swing arm is made from round tube and could be stretched easily. Can be had cheap!

The KT100's are a bit "peaky". Made to hit really high rpm's...but have little low end. Why not try a West Bend 820?
