Rupp guys what is this and what belt?

I am making a parts list for the roadster that I just picked up and the torque convertor cover is missing..I was looking on the black widow site and saw this part listed along with the torque convertor stuff.Can anyone tell me where it goes and what it does?.I also just got this thing running and it has no belt..Is there something I can use temporarily until I get a real rupp belt?

that part goes on the top of the t/c cover and around the frame. dont really need it though. you cant use anything in place of the belt!

Thanks for the info about the wire bracket thingy.....What I meant was another belt off of something else?..Lawn tractor or go kart or fan belt or whatever..

you could try this B-SECTION KEVLAR (K-PLUS) it's just about the right size
