Just scored this one! It is all there with original engine just missing the tail light lens and clutch cover. My first Rupp Minicycle. I only stick to the six inch wheeled Rupps but this was too good to pass up. No dents in the gas tank and clean inside. Only thing wrong is it has no spark. Will need a full restoration.
