rusty pulleys on tav

what's the best method for cleaning & polishing rusty tav pulleys with some pitting:shrug:

Good ol Evaporust works for me there Buch.
Real light steel wool to polish.
May not be the "best" way but, it works for me.:thumbsup:

i would wire wheel it. they dont have to be super smooth and polished

I have always been a fan of naval jelly for removing rust.
