Square framed Minibike, with Jack shaft

I bought this frame from a kid some months ago. It was all rusty, and many colors of rattle can spray. My children wanted Yellow, so Here it is..

The handlebars/forks have been modified/welded but what type of body is this?

It has holes for a jackshaft and rear mounts for a fender as well.

It has holes for a jackshaft

Those mounts are for a scrub brake not a jack shaft
