Steering bushing ?

I have this old Alexander Reynolds mini bike. There are two black steel bushing? They resemble a top hat. There is one on the top and the bottom in between the forks of the bike . I'm not sure what they're called. Anyways the hole has oblong itself over the many years. I was wondering if I could find a replacement for this part? Or do I have to go to a machine shop. Thanks

Did you say the originals were steel ? OldMiniBikes Warehouse stocks a few different styles of bronze bushings.

Thanks a lot I will do that . At speed I'm getting a lot of vibration in the handlebars . I'm thinking the oblong wearing in the bushing is causing this
