Whoa, black diamond plate in the FL sun! Now that's a heated seat. Although I am envious of Floridians since it seems "fairly legal" to slap a plate on a wide variety of scooter/ moped type rigs and ride around the streets. That being said, I'm sure one takes their chance sharing road space with vacationers etc. in a helmet optional state.

You are correct. I live on the space coast and with the tourist trade which is a plus for the local economy, you are taking your life in your hands on anything with 2 wheels.
