shouldn't that bike have a jack shaft?

Can't see how the chain will stay on with that much room between the pivot and the sprockets.

I believe the swingarm is mounted in what should be the jackshaft mount, the gallery photos show one with the swingarm mounted up higher but not with any provisions for a jackshaft. People screw up minibikes and minicycles over the years, it has always bugged me as to why and where all the parts go.

The swing arm is mounted right but the jack shaft is missing

Its nice for 200 bucks but it needs the jack shaft installed. I can't see the chain staying on after then first bump
