Tips and tricks?

I just bought a grayhound 6.5 clone, the reg clone and what not. I know 2 majors are air intake and a new muffler. Anything else cheep ( besides removing the gov) I can do to get a little more out of this? I'm looking at less then 50 bucks. Thanks.

Thats not much of a budget

Used 14cc clone head with some light port and polish.
Drill your jets and replace the factory air box with a better filter and home made velocity stack ( use some phenolic its easy to get at a motor shop ).
Header home made 7/8 inch internal and about 15 inches long.
File you timing key .025 for a little more advance

Your budget is blown.....
but thats a better running engine

If you get a after market header and a aftermarket air filter you'll need a bigger jet size.
