Torque Spec For H/Freight Flywheel

#6
Ya trying to tighten it down to 54 pounds is impossible....lock tight & Impact gun...call it good
Just set your purse down and try it then :laugh:Kidding. Seriously though...as long as you have it at least German torque spec you will be fine. In case you don't know what that is..it is "goodintight"

I don't think I would tighten a clone flywheel without a torque wrench. That's mainly the reason stock clone flywheels aren't allowed in racing anymore. People over tightened them and they cracked at the taper. Some have also snapped the nose off the crank from doing the same.

I use the Toms table of torque. Unhh is good for most bolts. Ungphfff is really tight.

If you sh!t yourself its too tight, also happens when the bolt snaps off.

Thank`s guys i used a chain wrench and torqued it to 55f/lb..I also replaced the air filter installed a stepped header and jetted the carb.It starts on one pull and has instant throttle response and a nice power increase. It should do good on the trails…
