Just finished building my Azusa kit, 6.5hp predator, tourqe converter, stage 3 carb and straight pipe exhaust. The only problem is terrible vibration, I have the motor mounted on rubber spacers. Any ideas?
It has been my experience that ALL of the "clone" engines vibrate/shake- some moreso than others. It is a reasonable and expected trade off for being able to purchase a brand new 6.5 HP engine for only $ 100.00

It's probably just me. But I found that the way my TC driver is attached, if tightened too tight, it sucks the endplay out of the crank, and gives me crazy vibration, like a ...a...you know.
A lot of the clones vibrate due to bad valve train geometry .. This can be corrected . Is it a hemi predator ? What year production ? It will say on the front tag
