And realistically...sorry to say we don't know who Ron is....so for you to assume we should know anything about his personal struggles....is just silly. Though chipper seems to have that "ill timing"...there are ton of inside jokes on this site that most you new guys have no clue about. That being said..we wish Ron all the luck...that is a crappy thing to have to deal with.

It should fit with plug forward or backward

If it is a clockwise motor you should put it on the micro--it should fit just fine.
