What cam with 18lbs springs?

Just wondering, what cam are you guys using with 18lbs vavle springs? :shrug:

I have the NR racing 252 lift marine cam. Its an all torque cam. Love it. It is a "soft regrind" so it will wear out with heavier springs. I don't think they offer it any more. I can't find it on their website. My next cam will be something that will tolerate 26 lb springs. Possibly a Black Mamba Jr., Black Mamba, BP2, or Mod2.

I have ran them with cl1-I, mod2,bsp cams. I run them when I have stock valves in the engine.

Usually when the gov is removed you run the 18lb spring to keep a valve from hitting the piston.

Thanks for that Rocco, I didn't realize that, like you mentioned in the other thread, I will probably go to the 26lbs springs. :thumbsup:
