Looks like a Bird Wren or Sears Runabout. (same bike) Also appears to have The speed stability package. (bent forks)

The brochures are only drawings and not 100% accurate on details. Here's a good pic of a Wren/Runabout.

The first two pics were plenty. I didn't even enlarge them to know what it was. Birds are THE single easiest bikes to id, at least for me. The only hard part would be to know the exact year, and whether it was sold by Sears, Penneys, or a hardware store somewhere. Tat one is a Wren, Runabout, or equivalent model sold by another store.
