inherited this beast off of a farm in my wife’s family. I know it’s an old Briggs motor with a pipe. But not sure about the frame. Anyone help me with a year range and possibly the maker? Thanks!!

I’ve only seen pictures of them with the brake caliper. Any clue when they did them with the scrub brake like the one I have??

The scrub brake was added by a previous owner at some point and the bar across the handlebars too.
