What Is This?

I was looking through snowmobile videos, and came across this quad-like sled. What is it? Its at :21 seconds of the video, I think I linked it so it shows when you click on it.

looked like a Rupp go joe and a bunch of polaris sleds and an ole ford ranchero.

Rupp Go Joe is rear engine.. This thing is mid engine.. :shrug:

It is a snowmobile with a wheel kit , I can't tell if it is home made or manufactured.
Some sled companies had wheel kits and there were after market kits that could be put on most sleds.
My guess is that one is a home made kit as the sled looks like it was made after they stopped making the kits.

Ski-doo and maybe others have kits to make modern sleds street legal for summer use now.
