Looks like a pac jak to me! Cool Find.They are not very fast but could climb a telephone pole.They where made to get your gear and game into and out of the woods.

i dont think its a pak jak or bear cat but close. any thing else out there with a big tractor tire on it. also you can see the seat area kicks up at a hard angle to the cargo rack area and the head tube has different style bracing.
