What make and model is this?

I was looking at the mustang and it looks like the front end is from it, but the square tubular frame was throwing me off.

Regardless, it is a cool looking bike

Trail Machine

Not a Mustang, but it was made using Mustang parts. Mustang trail Machines used 6.75 HP Briggs engines with enclosed chain drive back to a Burman 3 speed transmission. Kick start and shift pedals were on the right side. Also had rear shocks, not springs. Definitely Mustang front forks and wheels. Mustang frames were tubular. Handle bars were a single unit mounted to a fork plate. Nice looking bike, though.

Whoops, Mustang Trail Machine engines had 5.75 hp Briggs engines. And after thinking about the wheel color and shape, they are not Mustang wheels, but Hawk wheels, which were used on Hawk's Pony Cycle, Simplex Seniors, and a number of trail scooters including the Rose Rambler, etc. Hawk supplied 12" wheels, Continental engines with lighting coils, and their Deepco Maximatic torque converter to other manufacturers. Almost too nice to be homemade.
