It looks like it is vintage. It has the fenders and a seat. I would buy it if that is what you are looking for. But I always try to talk them down on the price anyway.

I think that's a safe bet. It's square tubing. I can't see the rear of the frame but it might have originally had shocks that supported the seat. Either that or the seat was originally more forward and someone got taller and extended it to ride more comfortably

the seat is extended because the bike is short and tiny. the solid plate on the fork probably makes it an earlier version of the bike, but bird made it from like 1970-to I believe the end. Ace's info he gave you for some of the names it used and seat mod were correct, the one I had was an 83-84

It's modified for sure , that crap can be cut off ! Could be a Wren ? If you like it get it , Birds are cool and getting harder to find , hell just a kickstand is $50 :thumbsup:
