What model Bonanza????

Can't settle on what model Bonanza???
Serial # 85222

Any Idea how to tell year???

Many of the 1300's look like this but seem to have front foot pegs?

Probably a 1970 and up. It has kidney bean wheels. Earlier bikes had the forward footpegs and Go Power wheels.

I've heard that through '68 was front peg/ go-power. '69 and up was mid-peg/kidney bean. My guess would be that the transition was made in '69 sometime and that there was both in '69.:shrug:

The opening surely would hold a big 7 or 8 HP but might like to keep close to stock.

yes,big block tecumseh H motors from 4hp to 7hp with fit.
a HS-40 or HS-50 (small block) would be ideal for just a nice driver:thumbsup:.......

I think the chopper and the MB series had the kidney beans first in 1969. Then in 1970 the BC series had them, SHOOT ME IF I"M WRONG !! ROTFLMAO !!!
