The more popular version of that bike was the Lomart Cheeftah MB 1300.

But since I see signs of aqua paint and foot peg location I'm going to guess it was a KM Scrambler.

The forks plate is easily removed so I would guess someone removed the one on your bike somewhere along the line. They both used the six spoke mag type wheels which I can't tell if you have one on the front or not.

But the 1300 had a brake lever and the 1000 had the scrub brake and no fork plate so I'm going to say it's the Cheeftah MB1000 or KM's version made my Lomart.

The KM Scrambler also had a brake lever. I'm guessing the scrub brake has been added. Hard to tell from the photo but it looks like washers were welded onto the frame. The MB 1000 came with 4 inch wheels and no fenders.

Yeah hard to say for sure but the general make or manufacturer was nailed down for sure. KM could have requested theirs be built a certain way because I studied on it some and while the 1000 did have fender mounts and it was without fenders but a 4" wheel bike for sure and since the bike in question has a front fender and clearly a larger wheel and the rear looks like a 6" fender mount I'd say you have the closest match regardless of what it may have been badged. Fun to try and get to the bottom of it for me these days but I can't see well. I need to use my TV to read posts through the HDMI with my laptop so I can see what is on here more clearly and in 42" format. That Ruttman with Powerdyne wheels on here had me for a minute too but I had a powerdyne like the one we thought it possibly was with the multi engine slots but the extended tubes made it a Ruttman and it was clearly not the right plate once I got a better look. Sucks to get old and be too stubborn to get glasses.
