The one with the engine looks to be and good project bike. The frame was free. After some research the frame looks to be a RUPP by the foot pegs. Not sure about the one with the engine.

I recently cleaned and updated this mini. The red and white theme really matches the Honda OHV engine colors well. I have dubbed it 'Powder Puff'. I sold it within hours of completion.

I was driving down a main road and I picked this up for $20 at a yard sale on a weekday:blink:.. It has a briggs 5.5 OHV in it. I mainly bought it for the engine. Very nice looking design though. I have no clue what it is.:shrug: It has some tacky add on pegs of some sort I have to cut off..:grind:
