good morning all i have a bigcat with a 5hp tecumch. i replaced all bearing. it rides great. what else can i tell you about it. pictures to come.

Manco Bigcat Minibike

Found a really nice one with a straight front fork! Noticed it's on the cold-blooded side with the standard Tecumseh 5.0 horse. Is this a typical issue??? Tom

I have a manco bigcat (Fat tire) for sale, runs great, upgraded with a 6.5 predator, also have the original tec that came on the bike. Bike is ready to ride, not new but great condition, has a few scratches on the green frame but otherwise pimp and starts first pull, seat has no tears either...

selling my manco bigcat. 5hp i am asking $650. replaced all bearing, fixed the forks (grinded the welds) and welded in another piece of chrome-molly pick up or you pay for shipping costs. let me know thanks

Got my manco bigcat put back together and the brakes are useless Is this normal or is mine special lol I did some mods to them , moved the foot lever to the right side but it still functions the same as stock. I am going to have another go at it tonite , if it wont work I will cut the mounts...

iand my bigcat for a few months, i traded some work for it. when i got it carb was shot, and it ran like crap. retuned it and cleaned carb. bike ran good for a while, but was still slow with the tech 5.0, so i finally did the predator 212cc swap runs awesome, gps read 32 mph so far.

I finally got a BigCat and have noticed I cant find any real info on the web or on OldMiniBikes about them. I found a few build threads but none with any real info, like years produced, how many? original stickers available? parts availabilty seems scarce also. anyways, here we go, Its a lime green one...

I need to create a set of front forks for my mini bike. i have a big cat, i read about the post of a guy who used the atc 250 front forks and modified them to work. does any one know where to get the measurements of the original specs or have a diagram of the original set of forks p/n 5220-5...

I recently picked up a Manco Big Cat for $100 , it is beautiful from afar but far from beautiful lol The good is that the original powersport 6 horse runs great and most of the parts are still intact. It was repainted at least twice and the stock foot pegs had been relocated to the front down...

Did I need it ? No Did I want it ? Yes Did I get it ? darn right I did lol I saw an add on Kijiji for a fat cat bike for sale , but the picture told me the truth, I said holy crap thats a manco bigcat lol So half a day of playing phone tag and 2 hours of driving incuding getting lost lol...

well my bigcat update. I installed a 212cc HF clone motor. Reupholstered the seat. Put on a new chain since the old one finally snapped lol.. She rides like a champ, and looks great...I love all the info I have learned on here so far :)
