Are black widows the only typos that came with 28 spoke rims. Any other stand alone info would help. As far as what makes them different from the other 12" wheel rupps.

The engine wont run off choke. Cleaned the carb tried putting the muffler back on for less air flow. Could Ive damaged the black spacer some how thanks.
