Well while I'm waiting for parts for the quadkart, I figured why not install the engine+tav on my bike. I just got a 54t sprocket too so that should be a bit more fun as well. :-)
By the time the sun went down I had just finished mounting it so I'll have a video up of it running tomorrow or...
It has a 1965 Briggs and Stratton 5hp engine, which doesn't look to be original because it's an extremely tight fit. I just repainted it and stripped it down to bear metal so I am sure this green is the original color or is at least very close. The foot pegs have been moved forward from the...
Here you can see the air filter and custom 2 stage exhaust. You can also see the red wire on the spark plug wire for the tach. The governor has been removed, so you can see the new throttle set up.
I got this off of craigslist as a fun little project. It came with a 3HP Briggs and Stratton engine which I know is wrong. The engine is the old wrap and pull cord type and has seen a better century for sure. All the bike has on it is a powered by Couparral sticker.

Well folks, any idea what this bike is or was?
Someone in the past spent some time on the paint. Not sure what to make of the bars, other than the bike loads into the back of the truck real easy without hitting the camper shell. Looks like it will make a nice swap-meet cruiser.
hello all, hope you guys don't mind helping me out.....
I always wanted a mini bike when I was a kid, but money was tight. I finally learned to ride motorcycles about 8 years ago and have been in love with it ever since......my kids are 9 and 12 and I want them to experience the fun...
