I'm building this bike that's possibly an azusa. 6.5 motor with 72 sprocket. How much chain do I need? I see that it's sold in 3 foot, 4 foot, or 10+ feet. Is a 3 or 4-footer enough?

I'm interested in the 6hp tecumseh powersport ohv engines. Some of these come with a shaft length of 2 5/16, and some 2 9/16. A difference of 1/4 inch. I have a tav2 I want to use. Which shaft length should I go with.
