Ive had this mini for around 6 years i dont know what it is any help identifying would be awesome i be leave its some sort of rupp but maybe one of you guys knows better than i do.

This came in a box of old mini parts, is it a v-belt clutch? The v-groove slides in and out. What is it missing?
