I know I've seen it done here but can't locate the threads. I need to reconfigure a Model 30 TC so that the driven sprocket is on the inboard side of the backplate. Short of obtaining a new 5/8 shaft, what else is involved?
I have a 71 Fox Banshee that came with a welded on rear sprocket to the rim.
The tire size it came with is a 4.10x3.50-6
I cannot make left turns without the chain dragging on the ground and popping off
Would it be best to change the tire to a taller one? I dont have much room; I'm not sure...

So I am test fitting everything, installed drive and driven nice to realize the rear sprocket and jackshaft sprocket don't line up.
Now if I space out the jackshaft sprocket to match the rear wheel sprocket,then the driven pulley moves forward, then the drive pulley has to move forward which...
I have a stepper motor with a 18 mm shaft and a 6mm keyway cut into the shaft.
I want to mount a sprocket on the motor shaft that can use a bicycle chain. The chain my bicycle sprocket will use is 1/2" pitch by 1/8" width. I believe this chain is also known as ANSI 43.

So the Coleman ct200u runs 420 chains, problem is looking at rear sprockets with a high tooth count such as 72 or higher only come in #35. So I can change the chain no problem.....but what do you think about going from a 420 to a 35 chain?
It's a clone 6.5 motor with a torque converter 6"...

I am in need of a 6 hole Manco rear sprocket, 60 tooth for #35 chain. It needs to be in good shape and matching the 6 hole Manco spacer. I am not wanting a "universal" type sprocket with the oblong holes.

5" wheel set from sears el Tigre. Good shape. Cleaned the mud off to see if there were any cracks. No cracks or chunks missing. Great shape for being from 1969.

The front (small) sprocket on my Challenger is worn with "shark fin" teeth. I can't seem to find any posts that detail a rebuild or fix for this. Anyone tackled this project who is willing to share their experience? Thanks in advance.
