I thought this bike was actually built by bird, but it may in fact be built by fox. Its sort of a combination of the two so I really don't know. Fox chrome tank, will need at least cleaned out on the inside, would need re chromed or painted unless your building a bike with patina. $60...

Has anybody ever had a JC Penny's Swinger mini bike like this ? I was told these were made by Fox Corporation for Penny's but I have not found anything to back that up . Looks like I need fenders and a seat and should be good to go .
