1960's B&S 3 HP Recoil started housing

I need the recoil started housing and working pull started for a B&S
80202-0249-01-6711203 three HP engine. Mine has broken tabs that hold the spring wheel in place.

Yours will still work.. You just need to keep in mind that it is broken, and hold the wheel in place with your fingers when you put it on or take it off.. If you just pull the cover off, the wheel will stay on the motor, and spring will explode in your face...

But use anything to keep the wheel tied in place, and it'll work... It can't go anywheere when it's all bolted on..
