Did some wood work today! Seat pan and top rail filler! The rail filler needs some router work done to mill out a shelf for the diamond plate insert to fit into....but thats loud and will have to wait till tomorrow! The clutch gaurd will be made the same way with wood and diamond plate!!

Looking at this picture and noticed the grain in the woods mach up but the left one is solid pine and the right is plywood! Didnt plan it that way it just happened....unfortunately never see it once the seat is covered! :laugh:

Got the routing done to the top plate and the diamond plate cut out!

This routing turned out nice as it drops the height of it down on the bars!
