60s doodlebug.. what brand tires did they come with?

Fox seemed to use a few different tire companies, One that was used and is kinda neat (at least I think) is the Schenuit brand. I like them becuase they are not commonly seen. They are a pretty tough tire too, unless they sat flat for many years they are pretty good about not dryrotting out.

If you look at the catalogs they are for the most part the studded ones shown about 67-down. But I kinda doubt that was written in stone as to what the bike came with on the showroom floor.

but my late 1967 did have Good years that appeared OG (got a custom brush paintjob at some point in its life but they never took it apart or changed anything out over the years).



I picked up a set of clean non rotted schenuits to use on it as I think they are neater and I know that Fox definitely used them. Good year studded though would be very acceptable/correct as well though and are not too terrible to find in a 4.10 size
