Hi Guys - I just got my paper filter kit (along with a header - lots of popping on deccel so I guess its running rich, filter may help lean it out) for my sons Predator 212 which has been a surprisingly strong engine and held up well! Question is this, being a user of K&N filters in 3 of my cars and servicing them in many others is anyone out there oiling these and running them that way or no oil? The kit didnt come with any documentation so Im not sure what AFR recommends. As far as the "choke hold" bracket doe the choke get eliminated and this just holds things from flopping around or what? We put on the header but I have to head out for work so the filter install will have to wait till tomorrow.
