Alsport TS series Shocks

Do you use these on your Alsports? Do they bottom out at all or are they firm enough for us fat guys. Randy:thumbsup:
Which 3/4" ID front wheel bearings do you use?
I use those shocks on a few different trikes. I leave them soft and never felt them bottom out and im only 210lbs.

As for the bearings, All my trikes use the 5/8 snap ring bearings for J/S and front wheels. As for real axles, I buy the bearings from Tractor Supply.

I think those shocks would be worth trying for how cheap they are. They are really just a cyl. with a spring rapped around it. "Not gas charged"

shocking event

The shocks that Tri-Sport used in the RTS models were Showa Brand and I know that the Swapmeetman sells them on Ebay but they are not that cheap. When we went racing the Tri-Sports off road I always went to using dual shocks in the rear and my RTS KILLER TRIKE had a big fuel tank added to the rear so that was needed. To me why bother using just a spring if they are not adjustable and offer a dampener effect then they are just a spring.

Got any decent tires and rims for one? The nice squishy ones they came with? Stock if possible? I cant believe the ones on it now havent exploded. They are so cracked there are 1/4" fault lines running throughout...Randy
