baja heat custom header

I am looking for someone that has made a custom header for the baja heat and for pics of the finished installation and possibly willing to sell it. Thanks

i cut the flange off a clone muffler and welded it to a piece of scooter frame......

i have put both a 13.5 briggs and a 8hp briggs muffler on it, i like the 8hp muffler better.... a straight pipe sounds the best but annoys the neighbors.

well you can see it on the baja here. and the engine ill be putting in to replace the clone...

Yeah thats alrightbut i am looking for something more stylish looking like maybe a dual that goes out behine rear fender. I spent a lot of time dressing this baby up with new paint and chrome and i want a bad ass custom exhaust

well with tube, a grinder, and a welder, you can plumb it everywhere.


i changed this, welded a angle going down to quiet it a little, its got a nice beefy throaty sound now, without it being insanely POP POP POP loud. :thumbsup:

I did one, Its not for sale but hope it gives you some ideas. AGK flange modded to fit 1-1/8" od tube. The tips step up to 1-1/4"od. I like the straight pipe, its loud, youd have no idea its a 200cc engine by the sound it makes, power is good at 3-4000rpm, but depending on where I am sometimes have to put the muffler on.
