As always it took longer than expected...but I finally finished restoring my TX-3. I usually try to go with factory original colors...but I really fell in love with this copper red so I said what the heck! A few comments:
The engine is an ASPERA with all NOS internals, but it's an HT40 from a Broncco Renegade (hence no curved fins). So it's a 'true' 4hp not the 2.5 (HT25) they came with...makes it a little more fun to ride. All the decals are REAL screen printed, not digital and the tires are NOS SC93 Universals, which were a true PTA to find, NOS grips, professionally matched engine paint etc...
The blue bike is my daily 'beater'...Street legal...7hp, billet rod, no governor.
