Has been helping with the HUSTLER CAT Sissy bar measurements.

As near as I can tell so far. The only difference in the two bars, Hustler & Duster, is how tall they are.

Duster is 19-1/2" - 20" and the Hustler is 23-1/2" to 24" Tall.


Learning as we go and after getting the Slingshot & Duster bars from derekbmn.

I have found that the 90% bends require the Extra strength solid Aluminum
rod insert. Without it, the tubing wants to collapse / pinch.


Derekbmn Is also helping with Measurements for the Eliminator/Dominator Sissy bar.

I need to Re-Tool for the 4-1/2" Bends, so please be patient for this process.

I've had a small delay in a stainless tubing order but, it will be here soon.

I still need to have a 4-1/2" pully made for the bender. So that I can bend the Slingshot & Eliminator/Dominator sissy bars.

For now I have straightened out some old bicycle sissy bars to re-bend and make proto-type sissy bars. So now Duster, Slingshot & Eliminator/Dominator have been done as a proto-type.

Hustler bar will be done once the stainless is here.
